On Feb. 5-8 the Philadelphia chapter of the United States Bartenders' Guild hosted "The Lost Weekend," a celebration of the art of the cocktail. Sue Spolan and Felicia D'Ambrosio of Flying Kite went behind the scenes with the USBG crew for educational sessions, tasting events, and of course, many fine libations.
