The annual Popped Music Festival has changed shape and venue during its brief but enduring history. This year's event, set for Sept. 23-24, makes its debut at FDR Park, better known to South Philadelphians as The Lakes.

You can win a pair of two-day passes, a $220 value, from Flying Kite simply by submitting your favorite original photo that captures the spirit of FDR Park. Do so by finding us on Facebook or Twitter and sharing your photo entry with us. The Flying Kite team will choose the shot that most accurately and artistically represents FDR Park as the winner. We'll announce the winner in our 9/20 edition.

This year's Popped lineup is pretty impressive, too, with the likes of The Shins, The Hold Steady, Titus Andronicus and Foster the People. Plus locals like DJ ?uestlove, Patty Crash and Black Landlord will be in the mix.
