Germantown
.
Juliet Verde
Its Colonial Era roots still visible in its well-maintained architecture, Germantown is well-suited for its Greater Philadelphia "Classic Town" designation. The arts and surrounding natural resources provide a host of recreation opportunities, like the Germantown Theatre Center, annual Poetry Festival and Summer Concert Series. The neighborhood is also home to an entrepreneurial training program and retail business incubator, which have contributed to economic growth and helped sustained the vitality of the Germantown Avenue Business Corridor.
