Philly's Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy is hosting a day of making art and crafting, all centered around the theme of voting. Make Art Philly will bring together cultural organizations from around Philly to share their various art-making skills. Screen print with the Print Center, create a collage with the Dumpster Divers of Philadelphia, or make a button with the Main Line Art Center. These are just a few of the many offerings that can be found in the center courtyard of City Hall!

M Night at Burholme Park

Enjoy an outdoor movie night! Take the family over to Burholme Park to watch Inside Out. Before the movie begins there will be $5 mini golf, $5 tours of Cupola at the Ryerss Museum, free general entry to Ryerss Musuem & Library, music and more! The movie will be screened on the lawn outside; refreshments will be available for purchase at the Burholme Family Fun Center.

Looking to try something new this summer? Love to dance? Check out Philadelphia Dance Day. Local dance companies have teamed up to offer 25-plus free dance workshops, live performances and a $5 evening dance party. All levels and ages of dancers are invited to participate. There will be a variety of dance styles from tap to ballroom to hip-hop and more! The day culminates with a dance party at the Ethical Society Building on Rittenhouse Square.
