Because of heavy rain, the two-day POPPED! Music Festival was moved inside, from South Philly's FDR Park to North Philly's Liacouras Center.

Not ideal, but it didn't stop thousands from flocking to Temple University for what was still a bright lineup. Our photographer Jeff Fusco was there, staying dry and riding high with the crowd.
