International Flavor on the Delaware from May to September

So many vibrant cultural heritages, so little time (and money), right? Starting May 22, Penn's Landing on the Delaware River will once again become an international stage.

The schcedule for the annual PECO Multicultural Series has been released, along with a host of other free concerts and programs organized by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation. Israel, Ireland, India, Islam, Africa, Asians and Latinos are all represented, including a Global Fusion festival on July 16.

In addition, the Smooth Jazz Summer Nights Concert Series returns for its 14th season on the RiverStage at the Great Plaza, every Friday night at 7:30 in August. Kevin Eubanks, Raul Midon and Sax Pack are among the scheduled performers.

If you're more of a movie buff, the free outdoor film series Screneings Under the Stars runs every Thursday night in July and August starting around dusk (8:30 p.m. in July, 8 p.m. in August).
