PHILLY 3 FOR ALL: Free Speech, Brewerytown Spring, Art Stars

This inaugural event aims to promote awareness and recognition of free speech among students, scholars, educators and the general public. More than 70 films from 17 nations were entered and only one will win the 2012 Free Speech Award and be screened starting at 9 p.m. Celebrity presenters include TV political commentator Anne-Marie Slaughter, ACLU-PA Executive Director Reggie Shuford, former CNN bureau chief Karen Curry and Pulitzer Prize-winning poet C.K. Williams. Tickets are not available at the door, so get them here.
