PHILLY 3 FOR ALL: Night Market, Under the Stars, BYO BBQ

This Knight Arts Challenge-funded project spotlights Arts in the Barrior (Cafe), a series fo seven monthly outdoor performances in the heart of Latino Philadelphia. New York-based Pregones Theater presents its most popular and much acclaimed bilingual play, a theatrical adaptation of the story "The Night We Became People Again" by Jose Luis Gonzalez. It's performed in Spanish and English and set to the beat of popuular Latin songs from the 1950s and '60s.

The celebration of the city's ethnic restaurants and gourmet food trucks has the same great buys under $5 for great eats.
