PHILLY 3 FOR ALL: Night Market, PhotoWalk, Summer Solstice

Quest Loves Food, the food venture from The Roots' Questlove, headlines the VIP Night Market Experience, which also will boast one-off art installations from prominent local artists like Melissa Haines, a Philadelphia Yarn Bomber.

Join folks from the Germantown Artists Roundtable to capture the elegance and decay that makes this community so visually compelling. Spend two hours walking around Germantown with your digital camera and then upload shots to a website that has been created to showcase the work. Maps will be provided, and post-walk conversations at local coffee shops and restaurants will be encouraged.

A dozen bands from the neighborhood and surrounding communities will ring in the summer solstice in a big way. The day also includes ample food, arts and crafts vendors and face-painting.
